However, actual colors, textures, print placement, packaging, and appearance may vary due to monitor settings, lighting, manufacturing processes, printing methods, or natural product variations.
Orders
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance.
Word & Seed reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders involving:

Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order before shipment and issue a full refund.
Payment
Payment is due at the time an order is placed.
We accept payment methods offered through Shopify Payments and other authorized payment providers displayed during checkout.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Shipping
Shipping is governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Estimated production and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Word & Seed is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs processing, labor shortages, manufacturing delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to that policy.
Digital Products
Digital downloads, printable resources, Bible studies, journals, and other digital content are licensed—not sold—to the purchaser.
Unless otherwise stated, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

Online Courses and Memberships
Course access is provided for as long as the course remains available through Word & Seed.
We reserve the right to modify, update, discontinue, replace, or remove courses or memberships at any time.
Memberships and community access are intended for the registered participant only.
Account sharing is prohibited.
Word & Seed reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership access for violations of these Terms or behavior inconsistent with maintaining a respectful and Christ-centered community.

All content available through Word & Seed—including but not limited to books, journals, Bible studies, devotionals, PDFs, videos, podcasts, graphics, artwork, logos, branding, photography, designs, course materials, text, downloads, worksheets, and website content—is the exclusive intellectual property of Word & Seed, LLC unless otherwise indicated.
This content is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
No content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, republished, transmitted, stored, displayed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
